Bhd. makes no representation that the materials in these sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.


B) CYBOSS REWARD PROGRAM

The Reward Program is effective from the date of your enrollment in the program for new purchases charged to your MP-Wallet. One Ringgit Malaysia (RM) charged equals to one MP (Mobile Point) point. The program is based on net purchases and does not include cash advances, balance transfers, finance charges, credit line checks or any account fees. Your MP-Wallet account will be active to accumulate Loyalty Points (LP), Discount Points (DP) and Business Volume Rebate Points (BV).

The maximum accumulation is 100,000 LP points per billing cycle for LP System. You may earn a maximum of 100,000 LP points in a calendar year. If unused, points will expire three years after the date of earning. Points redeemed and/or expired, if applicable, will be based on a first-in, first-out process.

You may earn points from on-line purchases provided that you have an account in the CyBoss EFH Reward Program. You are not allowed to combine your reward points with other member to redeem gift or rewards.

The Reward Program points may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer or discount. The Reward Program points may not be redeemed for cash but can be converted to Mobile Points (MP). No cash refund will be issued upon redemption of LP Reward Program points.

Reward Redemption - Merchandise and Gift Voucher.

Merchandise and Gift Voucher Rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping & handling (via first-class mail or ground delivery service within the Peninsular and East Malaysia.)

Returns are only accepted for Merchandise that is damaged, defective, or miss-shipped. The manufacturer's warranty applies to all Merchandise Rewards offered.

Delivery of Merchandise or Gift Voucher Rewards will be made by ground delivery service or first-class mail. Please allow four to six days for delivery from time of order. The member will be notified of any delay by an e-mail, SMS or phone call. Rewards may be expedited by overnight delivery service for an additional charge. Merchandise shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box.

Rewards will be sent to the member's shipping address unless otherwise instructed.  Shipments on Merchandise or Gift Voucher Rewards are the sole responsibility of the members which are charged to the members during the payment OR redemption process. Shipping costs for delivery of Merchandise or Gift Voucher Rewards outside the country of Malaysia will be considered as international shipping costs and thus will be the responsibility of the member.

A Gift Voucher is non-transferable unless otherwise noted on the Gift Voucher.  A Gift Voucher may not be combined with any other promotional offers from CyBoss or participating reward providers.

A Gift Voucher is valid at participating reward suppliers only, before the expiration date printed on the Gift Voucher. Use of any Gift Voucher may be subject to additional restrictions listed on the Gift Voucher.

Gift Voucher Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Rewards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

Gift Vouchers must be surrendered at redemption department, and are void if altered, and no photocopied Gift Vouchers will be honored.

Gift Voucher has no value except when used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the program and participating suppliers.


Program Cancellation

Enrollment in the Reward Program may be cancelled at any time by the member or CyBoss. Any earned and unused points will be forfeited upon cancellation.


General

There is an annual membership enrollment fee of RM50.00 equivalent to 50 MP for the first year and renewal fee of RM20.00 (20 MP) for the following year in the Reward Program. A member will get a Reward Card (MOS Card) for identification during purchase in our Franchise Net System.

In the event of fraud or abuse of Program privileges or violation of Program rules (including any attempt to sell, exchange or transfer Rewards Program points or any instrument exchangeable for Rewards Program Points, CyBoss reserves the right to cancel your membership in the Reward Program. The Program and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of buynpay2u.com redemption department. CyBoss may terminate any portion thereof within 90 days after prior written notice to you. This could result in forfeiture of earned Reward Program points.

CyBoss and its affiliates make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the Reward Program. The Reward Program is void where it is prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations and is subject to change as may be necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will release CyBoss and its affiliates from any and all liabilities regarding redemption or use of rewards.

The Reward Program is available on products purchased in CyBoss www.buynpay2u.com through MOBILE OPERATION SERVICES (MOS), M-POINT (MP) on-line purchase and IMCBPS Member Card purchase issued by CyBoss Globalink Sdn. Bhd. and BuynPay2u and is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the MP-Wallet account.


OTHER

If any of the provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by all parties.
